Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Hooghly.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL TELECOMINOX BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM US, EVEN IF USER HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Replacement Guarantee
The Replacement Guarantee seeks to assist Buyers. If at the time of delivery and/or within specified days from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/s can ask for replacement of the product/s from the seller.
Returns Policy
Any product purchased from us can be returned provided the following conditions are met
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Products was / were missing
- Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases. If return is accepted we will make every attempt to refund within 07 days after receiving the returned item(s).
